Welcome to Meraki Mental Health

Meraki Mental Health’s name was inspired by the Greek word meraki which means doing something with soul, creativity and passion; putting a piece of yourself into what you do. Our goal at Meraki is to infuse our creativity and passion into our work in therapy and counseling.

Our mission is to provide a nurturing and transformative space where individuals, couples, and families can embark on their journey toward mental wellness and self-discovery.

Our Services

Consulation

We offer one free 10-15 minute consultation to help answer questions and see if we would be a good fit for you.

Therapy

We provide both in person and telehealth therapy and counseling sessions. Currently, we accept Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield of Iowa and Centivo.

Presentations

We are happy to provide presentations and other talks regarding psychology and mental health treatment. Topics can range from general psychology to specific subjects such as anxiety, depression or coping skills.
