Welcome to Meraki Mental Health Clinic. At Meraki, we infuse all aspects of our work with passion, soul, and creativity, inspired by the Greek concept of meraki. Our mission is to provide a nurturing and transformative space where individuals, couples, and families can start their journey of self-discovery and well-being. Our licensed psychologist offers a safe, supportive space to explore your thoughts, overcome challenges, and rediscover balance. Whether you're seeking help for anxiety, depression, relationships, parenting or personal growth, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

Consultation

We offer one free 10-15 phone consultation to answer questions regarding our services. We also can evaluate whether we are a good fit for you.

Therapy

Also known as psychotherapy or counseling, is a collaborative process where a trained and licensed professional helps individuals address emotional or behavioral challenges. It provides a safe, confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, and experiences, with the goal of improving mental health, coping skills, and overall well-being.

Speaking Engagements

We are happy to provide presentations and other talks regarding psychology and mental health treatment. Topics can range from general psychology to specific subjects such as anxiety, depression or coping skills.
