Individual Therapy
Individual therapy (also called counseling or psychotherapy) is a collaborative process where you meet one-on-one with a trained therapist to identify and work towards personally meaningful change. Your therapist will provide you with a safe, validating, and confidential environment where you will be invited to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Your therapist will also help you gain a better understanding of yourself and others, identify areas of your life that you would like to change, and support you as you work towards personal goals. Our therapists work with individuals seeking individual therapy for a wide variety of concerns, including:
Depression, Anxiety, Relationship or family concerns, Difficulties with, self-esteem or self-confidence, and Stress management.
We currently offer individual adult therapy sessions. We do not provide couples counseling at this time.

Insurance
If you have a health insurance policy, it will usually provide some coverage for mental health treatment. We will fill out forms and provide you with whatever assistance we can in helping you receive the benefits to which you are entitled; however, you (not your insurance company) are responsible for full payment of fees.
We are currently contracted with Wellmark Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and are considered in-network providers. If you have a different insurance company, we can also assist you in seeking out-of-network reimbursement benefits. We can provide you with a monthly statement which you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
It is very important that you find out exactly what mental health services your insurance policy covers. Prior to your first appointment, please call your insurance company to determine your coverage by asking the following questions:
Do I have a co-pay?
What mental health insurance benefits do I have?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Do I have a co-pay?
Do I need approval from my primary care physician?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
Do I need approval from my primary care physician?
Is preauthorization of sessions required?
What mental health coverage do I have for out-of-network providers? (If you do not have BCBS)We are currently in network with Wellmark Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Centivo and Aetna.
